Job Description

Under the general direction of the Food and Nutrition Services Director and the direct supervision of the Food Service Supervisor, the Cook is responsible for a variety of tasks in the kitchen area, tray line and dish washing areas.



Qualifications

  1. High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  2. Previous experience in hospital food service preferred.
  3. Must be able to read and write in English and interpret standardized recipes and perform basic mathematical calculations.
