POSITION SUMMARY:

Coordinates patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, telephone answering, and patient sign-in and chart requirements for new and existing patient office visits. Performs receptionist duties to maintain correct patient information, coordinates obtaining authorizations for care, and insures proper chart is pulled for physician/provider. Assists with the insurance verification and treatment authorization processes. Schedules testing and procedures as ordered.

1. High school Graduate / GED

2. Two years medical office experience required.

3. Must be able to organize and coordinate flow patients in front and back office

4. Typing and computer knowledge required

5. Must have superb communication skills to relate to patients, staff and those associated with the clinic.
